Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, 60-DAY RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGES

Consumers within the EU are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received. In addition, Snälla Alice offers a 60-day return policy allowing you to return or exchange eligible products within 60 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Hygiene Protection

Because earrings are hygiene articles, the protective seal must remain intact for refunds. However, size or model exchanges are permitted even if the seal has been broken.

Refunds and Shipping Costs on Returns

If you exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on an entire order, your original standard delivery fee will be refunded up to our standard rate (39 SEK domestic / 49 SEK / approx. €4.90 international). Extra costs for express delivery options are non-refundable. Our fixed return shipping fee of 49 SEK (or equivalent in EUR) will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Approved refunds will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return dispatch.

PRICE DIFFERENCES ON EXCHANGES

- Exchange to a lower-priced item: Any remaining balance is refunded as a digital store credit voucher sent to your email or account, valid for 12 months in our webshop.

- Exchange to a higher-priced item: You pay the price difference during the checkout process when the exchange is finalized.

- Promotional items: For items purchased during a discount campaign or bundle offer, the exchange/credit value is calculated based on the net amount actually paid.
