LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We accept no liability for indirect damages that may occur as a result of the product. We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, or decisions by public authorities.

DISPUTES

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through our customer service.

In the event of a dispute, you as a consumer have the right to escalate the matter to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Our policy is to comply with ARN’s recommendations.
