The fit may vary as all earlobes are unique, but we usually recommend the following which works for most people:

STANDARD:

• 5 mm posts: Adult size for those who have had their ear piercings for more than 15 years.
  
• 6 mm posts: Children's size up to approximately 20 years old, or if you have had piercings for less than 15 years.
  

X-SIZES:

• 4 mm posts: Extra short for those who have had their piercings for more than 20 years, have stretched holes/lobes, or have very thin earlobes.
  
• 8 mm posts: Recommended for newly pierced holes to provide enough space for the healing process.
  

All our posts are 1 mm in diameter and can be compared to the thickness of healing earrings. The flat back is approximately 2 mm thick and 5 mm in diameter.

On the tab "COMPLETE PAIRS", everything is sold in pairs, meaning 2 jewelry pieces and 2 pearls (pendants are an exception, in which case you only get 2 pendants, as you are meant to thread the pendant's loop onto your earrings).

On the tab "MIX & MATCH", we sell everything individually, for example, 1 piece of jewelry, 1 stud, 1 pendant... And this applies to the entire MIX & MATCH tab, including the pendants.

And the reason we do this is because:
Some people have an uneven number of piercings in their ears, so they don't have to buy a whole pair of earrings if they don't want to.

But also so that you can buy only pearls/jewelry if you already have studs and want to upgrade your look, which also saves you money and conserves natural resources.

Yes! You can pick up your online order from our store near the cathedral; the address is Kyrkogatan 17 in Gothenburg. Don't forget to select "store pickup" when choosing your delivery option. If you have trackable shipping, then yes, we can help you track the package. However, if you have not chosen trackable shipping, unfortunately neither you nor we can see where it is.

If you use our acrylic earrings, we recommend removing them when you bathe in salt or chlorinated water. And if you are going to shower with any type of color bomb (for example, silver shampoo/silver conditioner or similar), if you are going to permanently color your hair, or if you are going to use strong chemicals in your hair.

Otherwise, yes, all our earrings can withstand all types of showers and baths, so you can shower with them without the color coming off.

However, one important thing to mention is that water is one of our strongest elements; it can penetrate virtually anything, so always double-check that the jewelry is securely screwed in before you bathe or shower (so that water doesn't penetrate the screw hole and the jewelry comes loose when you wash around it or similar). And, of course, double-check that the earring stays in place if you wash a lot around your ears.

A few extra tips are to take out the earrings every other week and thoroughly clean the ear holes and the earrings because we humans collect oil, hair products, dust (some also produce more earwax) etc. in our ear holes.

All our posts are 1 mm in diameter. This is slightly thinner than regular healing earrings (the ones used for piercing) but somewhat thicker than regular stud earrings (which come in many different thicknesses)

Make sure you screw on the jewellery properly, and that it is not screwed on crooked. Feel free to test it before inserting it into your ear.

If you know you tend to pick at the area a lot, we know it's easier said than done... but try to train yourself out of it.

If you know you sleep more on one side (and that's where the pearl comes loose), tighten the pearl before you go to bed.

Before showering/bathing, tighten the pearl as much as possible. Water is a substance that can force its way through anything. Conditioner can also be a culprit, so please wash around the area with body soap after washing your hair.

Putting on and taking off hats and/or putting on and taking off a headset can create friction that unscrews the pearl, so try to double-check from time to time if the jewellery is sitting correctly.

If the pearl is "sunk" into the earlobe, it is too tight.

If the jewellery "hangs" downwards so that the post is visible from the front, it is too loose.
