RULES
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (according to the Swedish Consumer Agency), private customers have a right to a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, at Snälla Alice, we have chosen to be more generous and give you a full 60-day right of withdrawal. This means that as a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 60 days after you have received the item.
As earrings are a hygiene product, the seal must be unbroken for any return.
Any refund will be made in the same way as the order was paid. The refund itself will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days.
HANDLING DIFFERENCE IN EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry from Snälla Alice. When exchanging a product, the following procedures apply to price differences:
1. Exchange for a product with a lower price
If you exchange for an item that has a lower price than your original order, a price difference will arise. This price difference will be refunded in the form of a digital credit note.
- Validity: The credit note is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Delivery: The code will be sent either to your email address or your personal account on the Snälla Alice Online Store.
- Usage: The code can be used as payment for future purchases in our webshop.
2. Exchange for a product with a higher price
If the new item is more expensive than the original product, you pay the difference using the payment options offered at checkout when the exchange is administered.
3. Special conditions for campaigns
When exchanging an item purchased during a campaign (e.g., "Gift with purchase" or quantity discount), the value of the credit note is based on the actual amount you paid after all discounts have been deducted.
WARRANTY
You always have a 2-year warranty on the goods you purchase from us. However, defects must be reported within a reasonable time from when they were discovered. We always try to remedy the defect first, then replace the item, and finally offer a refund.
COMPLAINT
As a consumer, according to Swedish law, you have the right to claim a product for up to 3 years after purchase, however, within a reasonable time from when a defect was discovered. The right to claim applies to defects that can be attributed to the production of the product and therefore does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
Screw my Beauty AB reserves the right to first remedy the defect, secondly to redeliver the product, and lastly to repurchase the product.
Please note that Screw my Beauty AB does not cover return shipping.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
